Chair Pilates with Lucy

Do you need support for balance and a slower approach to exercise? 

Then join me for Chair Pilates - this is a movement class based on the principles of pilates (alignment, breath and core recruitment) using chairs, walls and props to help with balance and provide support.

These classes are for a small number of people so that I can respond to each individuals needs. It is a slower pace compared to my other classes and is about finding your way back to the freedom of movement. I rely on your feedback so that we can adapt and respond to how you move depending on your range of movement, restrictions, injuries or just how your body is feeling on the day.
