One-to-one Pilates sessions are tailored to you and your body.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, building strength, or simply want focused support, 1:1 Pilates allows us to work at your pace with your specific goals in mind. Every session is designed around your needs, taking into account you goals, movement patterns, lifestyle, and any injuries or conditions.

These sessions are ideal if you:

With full attention on you, we can move safely, build strength and mobility, improve posture, and help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body.
